The debate will primarily be based around whether it is in Britain's best interests to remain in the EU. It will then move on to what the Conservative Party needs to do to ensure a Conservative majority government in 2015.
Panel:
· Margot James, the Vice Chairman of the Conservative Party since 2005 with responsibility for women, and the MP for Stourbridge. She previously served as a local councillor in our very own K&C from 2006-08.
· Douglas Carswell, MP for Clacton, a prominent backbencher and blogger, an advocate of greater localism and a staunch eurosceptic. He has recently written a book, 'The End of Politics and the Birth of the iDemocracy' on top of his previous books on direct democracy.
· Penny Mordaunt, MP for Portsmouth North from 2010. She has assumed the Conservative chairmanship of the 'All Party Parliamentary Group for Older People & Ageing', and is on the European Scrutiny Committee and Defence Select Committee.
