‘We, the undersigned, back Kensington and Chelsea’s plan to deploy acoustic cameras in a boroughwide Public Spaces Protection Order zone to fine the drivers of noisy vehicles.

Acoustic cameras have picked up vehicles surpassing 100dB, the same volume as a jet engine at take off, and resulted in 1,000 fines.

Whilst that has helped to reduce the problem - we still need to do more.’
