Cllr Catherine Faulks
Catherine was elected a Councillor in Norland Ward in 2011, and in Campden Ward in 2014. She has served as Chairman of Adult Social Care, Vice Chair of the Family and Children's Services Scrutiny Committee and is currently the Council’s Lead Member for the Economy, Employment and Innovation. She was a Governor of the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and a member of the bi-borough Adoption Panel and is currently a Governor of the Fox School Foundation. Catherine has lived in RBKC with her family and dogs for over 30 years, and has started two businesses in the borough.
Cllr Lloyd North
Born and raised in London, Lloyd has lived locally for most of his life and has deep connections to the community. His early career saw him serving both at home and abroad with the British Merchant Navy. Later, also supporting his family’s property business, specialising in the conservation and restoration of historic buildings. This experience sparked Lloyd’s enduring passion for the area's rich history and architectural heritage.
Professionally, Lloyd has served as Events Manager at prestigious institutions, including the British Library, the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, and the Lyric Theatre. Beyond his professional work, he is a dedicated community volunteer. Over the past decade, he has contributed his time and expertise as a governor for a local state junior school, a member of the Safer Neighbourhoods Panel, and a supporter of a local Conservation Area charity. He also works each week for a Community Foodbank in the borough.
Since being elected as a Councillor for Campden Ward in 2022, Lloyd has proudly represented its residents. He feels privileged to live in such a vibrant borough, celebrated for its rich culture and strong community spirit, and is committed to serving and supporting its people.
Cllr Preety Hudd
Preety was born in India to parents with British passports and arrived in this country as a teenager. Her parents worked hard and bought their council house, benefitting from a highly successful Conservative policy. She worked at BNP Paribas, the French bank, and AIG, the US insurance company, but retired 19 years ago when she had her second child. She have lived in Campden Ward for over 30 years.
Preety has been an active volunteer, including for a local hospice, two local schools and the NHS during the lockdown. She was elected as a councillor for Campden Ward in 2022.
